Eagle Heights is one of the UK's largest bird of prey centres, currently they have a collection of approximately 150 raptors. This includes over 50 species, many of which are now breeding at the centre or can be seen flying in their daily demonstrations.

This set were shot with the a700 / 70-300G combo

Excellent images David. Centers are excellent places to get captures of subjects. Its good to see a Sony shooter showing the capabilities of the Sony line.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Superb portraits! Love them all, but the first one with that wide open beak is just incredible.

    All well done, David.thumb.gif

I'd ditch that purple signature and take the time to go with a complimentary color that goes with the image unobtrusively. :D

taken your advice and gone for plain black with a slight white border, I set it through smugmug as it's easier than doing each one depending on the shot.

    Better?
