Pretty scene pretty colors.
Suggest cropping 2/3 of the grass off from the bottom to accentuate the color in the trees and that sky. Looks much better to me that way....your mileage may vary .

Great image Dan, I like the perspective as it leads into the image and the way the sky creates a balance. Is this part of the old orchard by the state park on 89?

I'd guess those are cottonwoods. Larches have needles.
