Agree! I often order to fulfill prints that will be included with a wedding package that also includes an album and a dvd. The album is in a lovely leather presentation box, the dvd is in a beautiful leather case with their photo on the front and on the inside as well, and the prints? If I order myself, I have to figure out how to bring their presentation up to equal the other items a couple is receiving. Just recently found out that I can't apply the boutique packaging if I place the order. How about changing that? More profit for Smugmug, more happy customers. Win, win situation. We two can't possibly be the only ones wanting this option. Right now, I'll just have to order straight from Bay.
Thanks for your suggestions - we may be able to add this in the future.
Smurfy - have you considered using the personal delivery option, and letting the client pick and order prints but have it delivered to you with the packaging, and be able to pass that along to the customers with the rest of your package?

You get boutique packaging this way then right? But I would rather place the order for the client and save them the hassle. Seems to just work better. Please let us get boutique. Makes no sense why it's limited in such a way.

Agree. Thank you, Ann, for the suggestion, but having them order is work they generally don't get around to doing; and they are paying me to take care of that stuff for them. In my clients cases, anyways, if they wanted to order themselves, they'd just get a wedding package for less cost that came without prints.
