Buttons do not operate (Tools, Upload, etc)

None of the buttons, either on my homepage or in a gallery, will operate. I am using Google Chrome under Windows 7 64. I have also tried it using IE. Is there something I need to install to make them work?:dunno

After I uninstalled by IE9 beta, everything seems to be working as it should.
