Kierra in the Snow
Well it's evident from the last posting on my website being dated in mid September that I haven't been having enough fun lately, so we went out with a pretty young lady the other day and took some portraits in the fresh snow. She was an excellent model, although we all agreed she'll have to try to smile a little more. :rofl Here's a few favorites to show off, hope you enjoy!
1) We started out by a nice creek, not quite frozen over just yet.
2) Then we took off down the trail to try to find a nice backdrop of paper birch somewhere.
3) The colors worked pretty well. We intended to have something bright, but in the end the mint green was great too!
4) After trudging off through the woods for a pretty good distance looking for perfect birch trees and not finding any, we settled on just taking a few close ups and fun shots.
5) Then with fingers growing stiff and face conversely more relaxed, we wrapped up with some dancing in the snow.
Feel free to comment, I always enjoy the discussions!

Until I remember how cold, wet, and messy snow really is.
I LOVE the mint green dress against the white snow, a little hint of freshness in the dead of winter.

Only nits are that #2 felt a bit far off (perhaps just the image size playing into the issue). Can really see enough face detail, IMO.
On #3 the partial eye bothers me. I think you either need the other iris, or none of the other eye. Again, just my opinion.
Second L.K's comment about the mint green playing incredibly well against the snow. Really good call!

Off the subject, but thank you for realizing that it's an "L" not an "I" like most people think it is Name's Lauren Madison, definitely an L.

I had the exact same thought!
Very nice pictures, and kudos to the model for risking frostbite! 2 and 4 are my favorites.

That said, all I could think when I looked at them was, "SHE MUST BE SOOOO COLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!".
Also huge credits to your model! She doesn't look at all cold, yet I know she must be.
