This was the last tournament of the year for my daughter's club team.

At the first game at 7:30, it was still pretty cold. Frozen dew on the ground.

By 9:30, a bit warmer--sweatpants came off...

Final game at about 2 PM, it was closing in on 70 degrees.

Now it's locked inside until spring... :cry

Dude, great stuff we all get up early for our kids for some reason. I can't wait till HS LAX season starts here in the ole FLA. FHSAA pushed it back 3 weeks this year so I may get to see some really light and not broken stadium lights for a good portion of the season..

The weather these past couple weeks has been strange. Here in the SF area, we had some almost Indian summer do-over...it was a nice though. Looks like you got some great shots to close out the season. Especially the last three.

Thanks for the feedback. The difference was all about the light. In this tournament, they played 30 minute games, and didn't change ends of the field. The first two, the sun was barely up, and was directly behind the girls. I got as far to the right of the goal as I could and still get their fronts without having the sun coming at me directly.

I've got to talk to the coach about considering my lighting needs before he picks an end to defend.mwink.gif
