Colour version is great, some nice details in the shot, in the face, feathers in hat .

For me the B&W doesn't work in this shot, I would stick with the colour.

Thanks! I agree with you on the B&W... I thought it would work, but I'm not too happy with the end result.

This was the doorman at the Brock Plaza hotel in Niagara Falls.
