"This gallery has no photos to display yet"...but it does.

Hi there....any idea why I get a message saying I have no photos in my gallery? When I'm logged in I see them, but when I'm logged out it shows a message that says: "This gallery has no photos to display yet"...it should have about 199 photos in it. :scratch

Never mind...I think I may have fixed it. Not sure what I did, but it works now.
