Today is my renewal date for my account, and again I ask why my jpegs from my A900 are being rejected (wrong format) because they are over 24.00 MB. My clients want my product because of the detail that my 24.6 Camera produces, yet many are rejected due to size. Is there going to be any help here:dunno?

Hi David, your camera is 24.6 Megapixels, we allow up to 48 megapixels, and 24Megabytes in size. What is your workflow, and what uploader are you using?

Dave, please send me a standard, out-of-camera jpg from your camera, via yousendit, and please put ATTN: Andy on the subject.

    Thanks!

I am trying to replace 1300 shots from the race I shot on Sunday, and do not know what yousentit is. However I am uploading the originals now, as fast as my Hi speed comcast allows. It will take me a few days. All of these are jpegs straight from my camera. since several hundred of them are there, including many denied ones, could I assume this is sufficient? I am sure you guys work hard, but this is really tough to tell my customers that I have really good high quality images, only to find the it is only a small placeholder. You should visit Sony dslr DPreview for old time sake; you and harry are what got me into my hobby/obsession.

Nevermind on the yousendit - your files are 24megapixels, and this one is just under 17Megabytes. Well within the file limits.

Looking at your upload log, I see 'wrong bytes received' error message - which usually indicates a poor connection between you and us. Let us do some diagnostics, please write our Support Heroes and ask, we'll help. Thanks Dave.
