Frustrated with uploading and replacing images

Up until just over a month ago, I never had any issues uploading images into the galleries or replacing them in the shopping cart.
Now, no matter what size I try to upload, how small I make the images, I have issues constantly about images being too large.
I don't understand this at all.
Everything went from being so streamlined and user friendly to the point where I'm now wondering if I should start printing somewhere else because the convient of changing and uploading the images is not where it was before.
Is anyone else having issues?
I have not changed my way of doing anything, or my computer equipment or camera equipment.
My website is www.auphoto.net

Here's a guess. The newest Smugmug uploader (which people get by default) is known to have problems with thinking that images are too large. If you go to the lower left corner of the uploader, you can switch to the "older" simple uploader which does not have this problem.

Okay got that, but it still doesn't fix the images with the replace image button in the shopping cart. I LOVE that button!

Yes Michelle, be sure you are using the Simple Uploader, you can switch back to it like John said. We'll make an update to the HTML5 uploader this week I hope.

Is that the one in which you upload each image individually? Man, that would suck too as most of my galleries consist of a couple hundred images.
No. It's probably the one you were using until last week when Smugmug changed.

Okay. Thanks. So can I assume that the replace button is kind of doing what the new default uploader is and is thinking that the files are too large? Will that be replaceD?

    Michelle,
I'm very sorry to hear you're still having the problem. It's been a couple of weeks that we last heard from you on this.
Can you please write in again with a current example of an order you're having the replace issue with?
Please include another sample file that you're trying to upload as a replacement. You can upload it to our dropbox:
