Well,

Since this seems to be the only thing that I have time for lately, here are today's pup shots

    Thanks Robyn,

    They make great subjects!

The pup officially got named "Tater" last night, much to my wife's chagrin rolleyes1.gif

Well, Randy, the pup is truly a cutie. But I have to tell you, I'm with Teresa about the name. The dog just doesn't look like a " Tater ". But I'm glad I'm not part of that issue.

    Take care my friend,

    Tom
I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

I'm not sure how an avatar of a rough cowboy, and coon hound wearing a sweatshirt go together, but it looks like they are going to be best buds.

As long as the other hounds don't see his photo on the internet he should be free from embarrassment and bullying. :D

Oh, believe me Sam, I HEAR YA'

The coondog is my wife's dog, and all those "questionable" practices are to her credit!!!

If you only knew "the rest of the story"...

He wears his sweatshirt to his (3 layer) bed, inside, by his own heater, then he has to be covered with a blanky eek7.gif ~ then, he'll wake me up about 3am to put his blanky back over him rolleyes1.gif

Due to said practices, my wife forfeited most input points for naming my new pup rolleyes1.gif

    Howdy Randy,

< I know that look in the first pick only too well!!!

I have the sneaking feeling that you'll be seeing that a lot:D:D:D

Sounds to me like the Coondog has the best deal, of the bunch,

well dressed, has a nice warm bed, and a loving Dad:D
    Take care,

I'm in love with Tater--it's the eyes.
As for your wife and her coon dog--is your wife currently adopting 39 yo women? If so, put me in line. She can rename me to her heart's content.

    Thanks Denise,

You never know, we just might be in your area at some point in the future, taking a road-trip on the Goldwing. I'm sure she'll be ready for all the attention she can get.

She just about has all her riding setup, just waiting for her doggles to get in thumb.gif

    I think your right Craig,

Tater has already figured out that she can do mischievous things, then get away with it due to her looks... girls...

I can't tell for sure, but when Gus is all tucked in his bed, I'm pretty sure he's thinking "I wonder how all my siblings like their outside kennels".

    Hey Liz,

    Thanks for stopping by!

I don't know about the adoption Liz, you might not like the hours involved. Gus has to get up at the crack of 9am, then he takes a few naps before he settles in for the night around 7pm. Of course, those hours are dependent on his mood rolleyes1.gif

Looks like Gus and Tater are friends .. that's great to see :D

    Love the name thumb.gif

Gotta love pups ... what we find as mundane they find as "pure bliss" -- referring to your plastic under your mulch. I'm sure she'll find more 'blissful' moments as she grows and explores :D

    Aren't pups great iloveyou.gif

Don't worry about pup's being pup's. They grow out of it in about a year and a half, maybe two!

    Hey Mary,

    Yeah,

Puppyhood is so short, so we enjoy most of the moments, even the ones which you'd prefer didn't take place thumb.gif

So far Gus and Tater are getting along great!

I haven't heard of that song Gary, maybe I'll try and look it up.

I'm sure Gus wouldn't mind sleeping under the horse trailer if he had all the exploring to do that your dogs have thumb.gif
