Had this idea for a while, this being my first attempt at it. lit with 1 sb600 through an umbrella camera left with a reflector/gobo between the flash and the camera.

Ha! Clever concept. :D I find myself wanting a bit more of the "bokeh vomit" and the slightest touch of fill for the camera-front side of him to alleviate just a bit of all that blackness, but it may just be my personal preference. I'd also like to see either less of or more of the foreground hand to avoid the awkward cutoff (and perhaps further obscure the "I'm holding a remote" clench of the rear hand).

Oddly, the specular highlights on the rim of the garbage can give me a perpetual sense of the frame being tilted to the right. headscratch.gif

Nice, but in case of real vomit, I'd choose another bucket!

Ok ... I've been afraid to open this thread up not knowing what I'd see. Craig was nice enough to let me know it was "Ok" to take a peak :D

Cool shot ... good imagination and followed through with an artistic flare thumb.gif

    Thanks for the comments.

the 'vomit' is just a string of led christmas lights about 10 ft behind me.

@wicked_dart: nice point about the bucket :)
