A dress that isn't solid white/ivory/offwhite/champagne/eggshell/(insert other term for "not quite white" here)!!!!!! THANK YOU!!! I love brides that aren't afraid to break some rules here and there.

I'm LOVING that dress!!!!! Mine was similar to that, my second choice would have been one exactly like hers.

And the pictures are beautiful to boot! (Not a fan of the last few with the extended shutters, they look like a mess to me)

    Thanks everyone!
Madison- My wife whom I shoot with does not like them much either so you are not alone. For me it’s just some experimenting and it's good to get some feedback, thanks again.

Yeah, ok that... but these are stunning images. Great work. Please post more.

To my eye most of these are a tad under exposed, but consistency is on, so it is a monitor difference. Very, very nice work. Please post more, and yes I know I said that twice. :D This is more like a portfolio than a single event. Wow!

Excellent job on these. I really like the one where you're shooting up as they kiss. I never thought of shooting that way before.

My favorite is definately the one where she is peeking out from her boquet. The close-up. Amazing stunning shot. Overall, these are really excellent. If I had to say anything negative, it's just that I'm not thrilled about a shot of them kissing in a hotel lobby with the lobby desk as background. Also, yeah, the pole behind his head on the other shot is a neg. But....overall, you totally rocked on this wedding. I'm jealous! Kudos. Really beautiful and inspiring.

Matt- Yes, this was our fifth wedding, our first one was in June. Finally got my wife a 5D Mark II but I am still shooting with a Pentax k-x. And thanks again :)
Ows4428-My wife stole the idea from Ryan Brenizer
Weisel- The bouquet shot is a favorite of mine as well, I saw a similar shot somewhere online and this is kind of a variation of it, sorry I can’t think of where I saw it. We are still really new to photography so we might lack in originality. Both of us have only been shooting with a DSLR less than two years, before that it was just a point and shoot. We should have had them meet outside instead of in the lobby, won’t make that mistake again.
Thanks again everyone, the criticism has been really helpful and will definitely make us think differently about how we shoot next time.

I think you have a heck of a great career ahead of you if that's your goal. To be putting out this quality already, you are both very gifted. Not just talented, but gifted. Gotta love it.

Darren, mpaulie, and Weisel- thanks again you comments really mean a lot, it can be tough sometimes when looking at all the amazing photographers out there and wondering can I really break into this industry. We love shooting and are going to do all we can to make it.
