Do you take the 8008 for a spin once in a while?

No, My n8008s was retired in the mid 90's when I got the n90s, which I used until I got the D2x in 2005; never went back to film after that. The D2x was basically a full step up in format from the 35mm film. Still have both the 8008s & n90s bodies, for nostalgia, and they're just too darn beat up to sell.
As for the years, I'm trying desperately to avoid doing that math.
