Stats down?

According to my Stats page I have had no views at all today. I know this to be wrong. The same thing happened yesterday except it is now showing 3 views for yesterday which again, I know to be wrong.

    Stats are working, I've checked a number of other sites and they all have lots of views. I can't say why you have 0 for the day. Check later and if it persists, please write our Support Heroes, thanks.

    The Stats are buggered up and have been for a week or more. I am dealing with one of the Support Heroes who acknowledges they are not working properly and is working on it, although today they have gone from bad to worse.

    The only number that is working properly is the monthly running total on the Statistics page.

    Same here. I see jumps in stats from two days ago. It used to almost work in real-time. :cry

    And the API method for stats is even worse, so you can't use that either. :cry

    the stats issues bugs that have come up in the last week or so are exactly what i am looking at right now. hold tight, many other users have alerted me.

    as to the stats api...indeed that is in terrible shape and has been for some time. its a known issue to us and we are going to address it

    just to update...myself and our fearless leader don were up to about 1am looking into this and trying to make some tweaks

    we have a pretty substantial backlog of stats still sitting around from our database outage last week. we're still chugging through the backlog even now

    the good news is that a stat that sits around will still be recorded in the database for the right day (eventually)...but the bad news is that it will seem nonsensical to anyone reading their stats as to why this is happening

    it seems to be processing data from the 17th, at the moment so, maybe, one day it will catch up ;-)

    Stats on smugmug.com used to be realtime almost but, nowadays it doesn't seem to work or there is a huge lag. Any reason why this might be so?
