Alas something so photogenic is an invasive species in North America. Still had to swipe a branch from down the road to photograph. Done with the legacy Olympus 90mm f2 macro and the 35mm f2, both on a 25mm extension tube and my trusty bag of barley as camera rest. Oh and the E-30. Duh.
The background above is an old grill cover. It only looks good out of focus.
I love how the berry wrappers make them look like tiny lemons before they're shed. The berries are about 1/4 inch across. A little less than a centimeter.

actually it's climbing or asiatic bittersweet, not the nightshade variety. I do have some of that in the backyard and this is what the berries look like -
It's not invasive and won't actually kill you, just make you wish you were dead for a while, so don't put those tomatoes in your salad.
