Printing at Costco

Well, I had given up using the local costco for prints a little more than a year ago - issues with them cropping edges and with color reproduction.
Then on my last trip there, I find they have incredible prices on larger prints - really incredible prices. So I gave them a whirl.
I had the two team collages I made for my boys soccer teams printed as 11 x 16. $3.99 cdn per print. Unbelievable pricing and I am very happy to report

really great color and quality prints!!!!!

Had a couple of my other prints done as the same time, and they turned out very well as well - good detail, rich color. All in all a good thing for us consumers.

It depends on your local Costco. I have a great one (Lancaster, PA) but my mother's (Sandy, UT) is only sporadically good.

I have them print a bunch of stuff for me.

Consumer reports gave Costco printing, Ofoto, and EZPrints (smugmug) top positions on a consumer photo printing review a few months ago.

I knew, of course, that trees and plants had roots, stems, bark, branches and foliage that reached up toward the light. But I was coming to realize that the real magician was light itself.
