Great Falls under Starlight

Ok so... I wanted to get this shot with a falling meteor, but unfortunately there were barely any in the sky. I probably saw 5 total in the 2 hours I was out shooting...
But I did get this shot with some pretty cool starlight... despite the light pollution from the city
ANNDDD stupid me... I didn't realize my 5d Mark II was set to sRaw2 (:cry) so this landscape is not as detailed as I would have liked... what a blower.
anyways, i would like some feedback as i'm relatively new to night photography.

I wonder if you can recover some highlights in the light polluted
portion of the image in your raw processor.
Anyways, I really like it.
