SmugMug Domain - WILL NOT WORK! HELP HELP!!

Hopefully someone can help me. I've contacted SmugMug help and while they are typically really fast at getting thing resolved I'm having issues that should have been addressed 12 hours ago!

I had a custom domain name registered with SmugMug Domains. Well it expired (my fault) as I had my email address wrong and didn't see the reminders. In any event, I called and had it reinstated ($80 boo-boo!!) and my url, www.lisasinclairphotography.com is back in my possession!!

In the meantime I went and removed the custom domain in my Control Panel b/c I couldn't figure out how to access my galleries and I had lots of things to upload. So my domain lisasinclair.smugmug.com was back to the default. After I got my domain name back I went BACK to my control panel settings to update the custom URL and it is telling me that it is an invalid domain name. I tried to use the SmugMug help but they only have instructions on how to redirect from other providers - they say if you have a SmugMugDomain it should automatically work. I contacted SmugMug and they are telling me they can't access my SmugMugDomain account with the username and password I provided which I know works.

I had printed out 600+ cards for patrons of an event to view photos with my custom URL and now that is not working. I would like to have this resolved as soon as possible since I know the customers may be confused, frustrated, and walk away!!

Anyone can help me?! I'm assuming with the reinstatement of the domain name it must have deleted some automatic settings for the CNAMES (aliases) but I have no idea how to do this. i'm going out of town this weekend and would like to take care of this tonight. Thank you!!!

The problem to solve here is how to access your domain account with a username and password that support can use. Probably the domain is not configured properly for use with Smugmug, but Smugmug can only help you figure this out if you help them get into your domain account. Nothing we can do here.

Or, if you can get into your domain account, then make sure it's set up as a CNAME to domains.smugmug.com like the domain help instructions say.

Thank you. I did give the support person the correct user name and password. I triple checked it! In any event, I called SmugMugDomains and they said it was set up properly. It's the SmugMug site which is telling me that the user name is invalid. They said maybe there was a delay with propagation which may be the issue so I guess I will just have to wait and see!!!
