Is there a way to delete multiple galleries, or do I have to do them one at a time? I did a search here on DGrin and could not find anything. Thanks

Stephanie

Andy, are you sure you want to be referring people to that thread. There are many, many unanswered questions in that thread and many statements that it does not work well with latest versions of Firefox. The download link in the first post does not work and people aren't going to read 600+ posts to see if there is another download link. Last time I tried to make it work, I had to hand edit something in the set up config to force it to work with my version of Firefox.

I myself gave up on SmugBrowser because everytime Firefox was revved, SmugBrowser was busted and since it isn't a Mozilla-sanctioned add-on, it doesn't get updated automatically. Further, it doesn't look like anyone is maintaining it.

I now see it on Mozilla here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/8948/ but it hasn't been updated in 2+ years.

Are you sure you want to be referring people to it? I found it way more trouble that it was worth and often didn't work at all.

Actually, this version http://drop.io/smugbrowser/asset/smugbrowser-0-5-9b-xpi works fine in FF 3.6.12 lastest FF3. I just installed it.

What is that version? Who's responsible for it? I don't download things from web sites I've never heard of before and wouldn't recommend anyone else do so either.

Why isn't it either in the Mozilla repository or on the Smugmug web site where we could trust it better? Why doesn't it work with the update system in Firefox so it isn't' such a pain to keep it working?

It was made by jchin from our community, I believe. We'd love it if someone would take over and get it in the mozilla repository. I'll post in the SB thread.
