Trouble with shop. cart-help!

:scratch When i went to quote someone on some pics (not logged in) ex: 1@15.00 showed subtotal :$15.00 s/h TBD, tax TBD, total: $16.09?????
asked help @s/mug and various quick responses said what? send us the page , this i did --same response!! i cc'ed it to myself and its correct ($15.00 item shows $15.00 thru-out the page!!)
I am looking at the incorrect version and same one sent to me (shows correctly!?!) at the same time -- I'm on a 9 month old imac/g5/1.6g any thoughts/ideas??
site is "http://www.hooliganunderground.com" and enter any of upper 6 galleries and hit buy this pic and tell me I' m loosing my mind!?

ps my acct settings have always been on for email alerts - got alerted 2 upgrades ago but not last time any tips on future while i'm here?
