Upload via Pixelpipe -- Login failed?

Hi,

I'm trying to upload photos via Pixelpipe -service with Nokia N8, but they don't seem to get through to the Smugmug. Pixelpipe says "failed: Invalid login". Yet I've managed to upload stuff perfectly fine before this, last photo I uploaded was on November 15th 2010 and a LOT of photos before that.

I'm asking if there's something wrong in Smugmug login-stuff, because I haven't changed my password to the Pixelpipe -service?

Any news on this one ? The uploads still don't seem to work via Pixelpipe headscratch.gif.

I have pinged PixelPipe a couple of times and they have not responded.

    I am trying another contact.

    Stay tuned.

I'm tinkering with the idea of building a Smugmug uploader for the iPad, but things like this concern me a bit. It seems like something changed at Smugmug recently that broke many third party uploader tools. I would hate to think that my app would be dead in the water in this case and have to try and rush out a fix that would have to spend a few days going through the App Store approval process before it could go live. Does this sort of thing happen often? Is their advance warning to developers when it does?

We are working on better communication and advanced notice with our API developers. You should feel confident in the API and our communication of enhancements and bug fixes etc. It is also very important that that API developers stay in close contact with us, i.e. PixelPipe.

As our API matures we are working really closely with some API developers to avoid these things in the future.

It's a good thing you're working on this, because I use Pixelpipe a lot. It works really well on Symbian S60-series-, Maemo-, and Symbian S^3 -based phones (probably on many others too and supports many sites).

Have you given some way for the developers to stay on top of the upcoming changes so they could get ready before their programs won't work anymore?
