Times square sure is a vibrant location. These shots capture a bit of the vibrance.
The grain & texture make the shots feel "newsy". I'd vary the angles
a bit. In the second, I'd have tried to get more of the Kodak billboard. Maybe
lower down as well.

the Fleet logo is still being displayed? i'd have thought that it would be bank of america by now... everything else has switched since the acquisition.
great shots though... it really is different to see such a modern scene made to look almost classic
