I like the lost in the music expression and the converging lines. The instrument (is that a gaohu?) and bow are a little hard to discern, though. I would suggest a color version, but I'm guessing the lining of the case might be overpowering, dunno. Nice capture.

I'm guessing this may, in fact, be a blind musician???headscratch.gifdunno

Interesting suggestion -- shows how much this forum has influenced me -- I never even considered the color version and had no idea how it looked ne_nau.gif.

So I went back and decided that it is much better in b&w as the colors add nothing but distract from the elements I like:

And I confess: I can't tell my gaohu from my zhonghu headscratch.gif

    Thanks!

I actually wondered if he were blind, except that I recalled that the papers in the case are sheet music. But I did like that the knobs on the instrument look like eyeballs and behind him is the guy in shades.

    Thanks!

    Agree that B&W is better.
