First got a message newly added photos were gone (uploaded in last hour)

Now site won't come up at all.

Kyle & Kaye, we have no issues on the site - what is happening for you? Please tell us more so we can assist.

The html5 uploader was failing on every upload, it would try twice then say failed and move on to the next file. I just switched to the java uploader and its working now.

I've also seen some funny stuff today--general site slowness and a 503 error twice when trying to go my homepage, which cleared up after about 30 seconds.
