apply this pricing - grayed out galleries

Is this a bug?

I am testing different price settings and I noticed that if I have a gallery was set to "BayPhoto", when I click the pull-down menu under "Apply This Pricing ..." some of the galleries are grayed out (cannot be selected). Doesn't matter if those galleries are using Ezprint or Bayphoto pricing. Funny thing is ... if I change my current gallery to "Ezprints", then those same galleries are selectable and no longer grayed out.

Anyone experience this?

    Already e-mailed SmugMug Heroes and it is a bug. Hopefully they will fix it soon.
