These images were taken down in Florida in late Oct early Nov. OK so where is the black with these guys, well either it is winter plumage or a juvi, so that it way now black belly.

It's in non-breeding plumage. Aug.-Apr. Look at the size of that beak, larger then a Golden.

Thanks very much BigAl. I agree about the low angle, it had me thinking about getting the Skimmer II product just for things like this. Was a bit tough hand holding the 500 for these shots.
