what kind of filter do I need for the sparkle effect?

what kind of filter do I need for the sparkle effect? It would turn the bright spots of a picture into a star sparkle look, great for a Christmas tree and jewelery.

Ive been googling but I'm just not searching for the right terms I guess.

I just came across this in my google searching. What do you all suggest? 4 point, 6 point or 8 point? I dont reallylike the 4 point myself, I think I like the 6 point, cuz its not 45/90 degree sparks.

Do any of you use this filter? to cheesy?

Its also annoying how much more expensive 77mm filters are compared to 52 and 58mm. But understandable.
