I was making a coastal run on the bike yesterday and the clouds, sky were
pretty nice for a stop at the lighthouse. Not at all like Thursday's ride with
Andy and Steve.

Better angle than I
I was out in that area just days before you were and the sky wasn't working for me. I would have loved to have had the clouds you did. As you can see I took my shot from the south when obviously the better view is from the north.
Great shot Ian. I like your treatment as well Adam, but agree with you about the clouds helping and in your first shot I would have like it even more if the lighthouse had been framed just a hair more to the right. Rich, your top one would have benefited with the lighthouse being framed a little more to the left which would have closed up the open space to the left and shown a little more of the other buildings to the right.

I love the area below Halfmoon Bay it is not as well traveled as others but has some great views, beaches and small towns
