"Printable" galleries can't be purchased

Hi there,

I have about 6 galleries in my Pro account and all of them are enabled as Printable as I want to be able to sell them. But only one of the galleries (the first one I uploaded) will allow me to buy prints- the others have the Buy button but the "This Photo" option is grayed out.

Am I missing a step, is there somewhere else I need to enable the selling of prints?

Any help is much appreciated. :D

It's pretty hard for people to help without a link to your site.

    Site is here: http://lotusgalaxy.smugmug.com/

But it's really a general question so I'm not sure how much that will help.

Questions like this are almost always related to your settings or pricing so we'd rather look for clues on your site than just post blind guesses.

My guess from the behavior is that your images in the problem galleries are not priced properly and that's why nothing is offered for sale even though the gallery is enabled for prints.

I'd suggest you check the pricing on the problem galleries. Blank means default pricing. $0 means not offered for sale.

I have my Portfolio pricing set up, which I thought applied to all galleries. I just looked now though and I'm not sure if that's how it works. Is there somewhere I can go to set individual gallery pricing?

When I click Galleries under Pricing I only have the option to clear pricing from the galleries.

Portfolio pricing does apply to all galleries unless more specific pricing is set on a gallery or an image. Here's the help info on setting pricing: http://www.smugmug.com/help/print-pricing.

Okay so I went to set pricing for one of the problem galleries, and applied the Portfolio pricing to it. Now there are prices for all the products in the gallery, but when I go back to the gallery, I still can't purchase any of them. Any other thoughts on what might cause this?

How large are the images that you uploaded? Since I can't see any of your pricing info, you may need to continue this with Smugmug support directly because they can see your pricing settings.

Some of them are 3872x2592 so I don't think it's size. I'll email support and see what they can find. Thanks for the link and your help! :)
