make printmarks larger?

jchinjchin Registered Users Posts: 713 Major grins
I just started to play with printmarks.
When I select "make printmark" for an image, the sample that is shown, is that the relative size the printmark will be?

How, if we can, do we control or adjust the size of the printmark?

Thanks.

I am still messing around with them. Do we need larger images if we want larger watermarks or are we limited to the 1500px?

Did I misunderstand? Is 1500px the minimum? Is that why my printmark is so small on the screen?

I have the same problem. I am taking swim team photos and want to apply the team logo to the bottom-left of the image. I have created a printmark (so when I crop the images in the shopping cart, the logo is not affected) but the logo is so small. I've tried changing the size of the image all the way up to 6000pixels wide, then I tried changing the dpi... all with no luck. No matter what I do, the printmark still stays the same size. teeny tiny. An option to adjust the size of the printmark when creating it would be very helpful.

I sell sports shots and the kids like to put them up on Facebook so I like the smaller web resolution downloads and the printmarks. Bravo! I just started playing with the printmarks and I have just one issue.. My only concern seems to be what the others are saying above. Especially for the web res downloads, the printmark is so small that you can't really read it. It is proportioned ok probably for a real print, but it would be nice if we could scale the size of the printmark when we define it in the control panel.
