Download Failure

I've been trying to download some photos to my site and it always comes up as "download failed" -- Any reason this might be happening and what I can do to fix it?

Hi, do you mean upload photos from your computer to your site? If so, what uploader are you using?

Yes when I go to upload from my computer to my site. I'm using the one that pops up on the screen with the arrows telling me to drag and drop.

Mary, can you click that link to try the Simple? I need to know if you can upload these files with another uploader.

See that "Try the Simple uploader" in the bottom left? Switch to it and try again.

Simple works

It tells me I need to sign in again tho .. have not a clue why that happens, but when I did -- it worked.
