We received over 12 inches of that beautful white stuff yesterday, but this morning woke up to -10 degrees and ice crystals in the air. It made for a beautiful sundog.

It does look like it came from somewhere unknown rolleyes1.gif

When I first saw them this morning I thought the sunrise was looking good, but then I thought it was the northern lights since sometimes they will look like their are circling around. When I saw this ... it was Cool :D

Here is an explanation for Sun dogs in case someone might not know what they are.

Glad you like this one Randy -- it's my favorite. Light keeps changing with the sundogs so its really hard for me setting's wise. Wish the road wasn't there tho ... I had to be quick since I was going to lose it.

    Hi Craig --

Ha....you might have a hard time seeing those down your way, but I bet you have something kinda like it .. maybe not tho.

They are really nice too when the sun is higher in the sky, but haven't seen one of those in awhile.

Glad you liked them and saw something you've never seen before :D
