MyCanvas Albums Question...

Actually, it's a couple of questions. I need some advice/input from those who have used MyCanvas.
1) Do you build the albums yourself, sit down with the client and do it together, or simply let the client do it themselves?
2) Do your SmugMug profit percentages apply to purchases made from MyCanvas or do you charge the client separately?

#2, you price it separately. It's not part of SmugMug pricing.
