I've been looking for away to simplify the process of keeping track of clients at events, where your shooting a lot of people at once, and having to deal with ordering prints and tracking payments, an example would be formal balls or santa pictures at the mall.
Heres my current workup:
Customer waits in line and fills out order form
image is taken
image numbers from SD card are written on back of business card
the card along with order form are given to an assistant who assists who accepts payment.
What Ideally want is a system that is paperless, and allows the client to view, proof, and order the photos quickly and easily before leaving. Anybody have any suggestions, or a system that works for them
