Careful what you ask for we could end up in some God forsaken place with no photographic opportunities.:D

Seriously, I would enjoy going out with you anytime for just day a trip or an overnight if your game.

Let me know the area you want to explore and I'll get you there. :D

    Thanks, Schmoo

Shimon and I are taking a week long road trip over Christmas. The Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Arches, Canyonlands are possibilities. It's going to be very cold however, and I am definitely open to suggestions.

Seems like everyone is more excited about your retirement than the photo. I really like what you did with the white vignette. For me, the image brings to mind transformation more than reborn. BTW, congrats on your retirement and the new career.

I'm ready to retire myself, but I've got a few more years to go :cry

Congratulations Dan on your retirement. You are welcome to the club and I sure hope you have a long and healthy retirement. This year has not been my best having had the big C but I am getting there.
    Cheers

ok I had to search this after seeing your post with the hawk.
Congratulations. If you get bored with shooting in AZ and find yourself in northern California you I could direct you to a few spots.
