I got up too late this am to make a sunrise meetup with some other photographers, so I drove to a beach area closer to home and got there a few minutes before sunrise.

bowdown.gif WOW all these are great! I really love 1 and 2. Perfect comp in no. 1 with the pebbles and water leading you out to sea. Nice Job thumb.gif

Really nice set. I love #1 as well, its a natural for B/W, strong textures, contrasts, and great leading lines. Im also enjoying #7, I like the cooler color hues and great clarity. I also like the perspective of #8, really nice selective focus, just a tad too much yellow/green color cast for my taste, even though it is probably created by the last rays of the day. well done.

Love the comp in #1 and the wave motion in #4.

I'm thankful I live in the western US where there are deserts, volcanoes, waterfalls, and canyons in addition to rocks and water :D

like 'em all, but i really like the BW in #1... maybe i'd crop off a bit of the sky, but that's a matter of taste. either way, that one's a wall-hanger! also like #4 a lot too...

Very nice. I also love the comp in #1. Great colors overall. Wish I had some rocks to go with all the water around here...
