Started to rain a bit harder so I headed down to Longbeach. The weather started to clear up so I shot a little more

hard to comment with the pix being numbered...but over all good.....top pic, to me, would be better with out all the extraneous limbs in the frame.

Great shots, you've really done a good job of capturing the mood of the place. I especially like #3, I wonder what it would look like in color?

Did you go to Leadbetter while you were there? We always stay at the Moby Dick in Nahcotta and then go up to Leadbetter to walk around and take pictures. It's such a beautiful place.

Thanks for posting these. We need to get back there soon, especially as it's officially Bad Weather Season now. clap.gif

Ya, I hit the point on Sunday.
Hiked around a bit and shot some. Didn't shoot much in Oysterville, the weather was just clear and sunny and IMO didn't work as well for that town.

I headed to Illwaco and roamed around there for a while, but finally on the drive home I found some good shots.

    Thanks everyone.
This trip was a much needed soul searching time for me and am really happy to come away from it with some great images.
I went back the next weekend with my boys and had a great time exploring around with them.

Here are a few more from my second trip

Here is a variation of one from the first trip that I liked. Just thought jumping in the frame might make for a nice self portrait.
