Many Galleries Empty

I'll write the help-desk, too, but wanted to put it out here so others will check their sites. Who knows how long it would be before I noticed this if my husband didn't randomly decide to browse my site this morning.

Who knows how long they've been this way. Great for business, I'm sure.

Some of my Client galleries are loading (a very good thing since I'm actively getting orders right now).


None of my Portfolio or Art galleries are loading. I'm not getting an empty gallery message, just a blank gallery page with the progress saying it's "done."


I'm getting really frustrated with these constant issues. I can say without hesitation that I'm not at all a happy smugmug customer right now.

As I write this, some of them are coming back...what's going on out there?

Art gallery loaded fine here. Try clearing your cache and Smugmug cookies.

Hi Allen - they're coming back now. I don't know what's going on. We checked them with multiple browsers on different computers before I came here to post. Just another of many blips, I guess.

Me too. My "about" page, as well as several others, appear to be empty galleries.

The galleries I've checked seem to be loading normally at this point. Thank you.
