Husky Face

Couldn't find anywhere else to post this, so thought i'd share. Just me experimenting with my new camera gear to get used to it.

Subject is my pet dog, Siberian Husky named Sabrina.

Shot with my new (new to me, quite used) Nikon D70, with a full-manual Tokina AT-X 35-200mm lens i found in a pawn shop for $35.

    Great dog, great shot, great used DSLR, and a great find on the lens! :D I got a used D70 also but mine was from ebay. mwink.gif
    Sitting quietly, doing nothing. Spring comes and the grass grows by itself.

    Yep, got my D70 from ebay for $202 for the body. And I spent about an hour and a half at a dog park earlier today experimenting with my new lens, and i think i like it quite alot and probably make it my primary for now, I don't really mind it being full-manual at all.

    Thanks for looking. I was actually just fooling around and this is the only one out of 50 i managed to get in focus, still getting the hang of my new lens.
