A bit of a mixed bag today...

Great weather so i went down to snapper rocks & fingal to see if i could get some surfers.

Not a lot in the way of surf.

Just watch where you are putting your feet though...i couldnt see his head & tail but looking at his diameter i would guess a 7 maybe 8 footer.

Kirra Beach :huh :dunno what happened here ? This was the best beach out. Now you need a cut lunch to get to the water !!

    That definitely isn't the Atlantic Ocean Gus. As always it's great to see these series, what type of snake was that?

    Thanks harry...would you believe i sat for 2 hours doing sea gulls ? Even saw an egret on the way home but have a way to go before i become that sick. They hang around the cows in the paddocks eating what insects the cows stir up.

    Its what i have always called a carpet snake or aka ..diamond python. Keeps the rats down.

    Oh, those water colors...
    ...you're kill'n me! ...lovely..lovely

    ...could almost be taken for a private beach, given the relatively few folks walk'n the shoreline!

    I was hoping for a whale or 2. There were some out but too far to shoot. They are heading south for summer.
