Proof Delay Question

Hi All,

I have an order from a customer for two items of the same photo. One is a print from Bay Photo, the other a mousepad that is done by EZPrints.

My question concerns the following message that is displayed when I went to replace the low res file with the one for print. It states :

"This order contains items from several pros so we need to hold it until the proof delay expires, even if you're ready sooner."

Can you tell me what this means? I have had an order from a customer of the same image that was a card from EZPrints and a regular print from BayPhoto (since they are the ones that I have set as my default printer people) and I don't recall having to wait until the proof delay expired to have the order processed.
