problem with card creator

A customer is trying to build a 5x7 card from a password protected gallery. Card creator works ok until it is time to "Create" the card. It is just a blank black tab instead of showing buying options. I just tried it myself logged out and it did the same thing to me so I don't think it is a browser issue. Please help!

Logged in I can create the card.

Also, while I am at it... when I am in the card creator I cannot get to all of my gallery categories in the photo tab. Only some categories show up.

OK, it seems to be working this morning. (The help desk did not understand my problem...) We'll see what happens.

See my ticket reply for details on both issues. For anyone that runs into the category not showing in the card creator issue, there's a workaround for that.
It occurs if a category has no galleries assigned to it directly. To work around the issue, you could add an unlisted gallery directly to a category that doesn't show up in the card creator. Add a photo to that gallery. Note that the unlisted gallery won't be listed to visitors on your site, so it would only show to you as the logged in account owner.
You would have to repeat this for any other categories that don't show within the card creator that you need access to.
