I have an extra Arca-Swiss type QR plate from www.imagetooling.com - new kids on the block, but really nicely made and balanced. The plate weighs about 7 pieces of paper (really!) and also has an additional screw hole if you want to attach a hand grip.
This is the "P2" version which fits the following:
