Skin, the book

I've been considering the book Skin by Lee Varis. I've watched a few dvd's on skin retouching and do it frequently, do you still think there is something of value to be learned from this book ? If you have it and retouch professionally, what did you get from it that you didn't see elsewhere ?

Thanks for the links !
I'll look more into it and some of the other books suggested there.
Also, I had visited that site before but for some reasons didn't bookmark it.... re-visiting it now.
