I had never seen this species prior to a few days ago, and now they seem to follow me on my neighborhood walks.

Imo has a sort of 'devil may care / nonchalant' attitude - thorns, what thorns - they don't worry me - I perch on 'em

Cool birds, Dan! It's pretty tough to expose a black bird properly, and you did pretty good in the harsh light. I don't think we have them up in Kingman. Wish we did though.
