Same old bike that I took some shots before but in a different angle this time. C&C are always most welcome. :D

Really appealing image. I like the color palette and the lighting variations. It works really well for me!

    Kudos.

I like this shot much better. The others were good but for me this one infers a bit more of a story. Nice light through the leaves too. thumb.gif

Really like this one. The perspective and lighting are much better than the others. Nice work and thanks for going back and taking a fresh look.

I like it - makes me wonder what's in the basket and how long has it been there. looks like someone was riding and just never came back for it.

If I am not mistaken that's exactly what the property owner told me. When they bought the house that old bike was left by the previous owner. The new owner being a portrait photographer probably saw something unique about it and just left it at the front yard. Yes, there is a box in the basket and they did not even bother to open it up. Can't wait for winter to come and see how some snow would change the scene. I'm glad you liked it. :D

My first impression is as though it's looking at the lane in front of it and missing "the good old days" when it was free to travel down any road it pleased...just a wonderful shot. The whole story is right there for me. :D

Thank you BBstringer. It was the same idea that came across my mind... sort of being an old bike... and abandoned.
