I was at the city park waiting to shoot the runners in a charity race, so I took the opportunity to shoot some of the locals.

Some nice images Randy, and I like the lower angle shots the best in this series.

Wonderful set of images! Lovely and sharp.

I really like #5. Something about that image is just very pleasing.

I like #5 the best too. It's the angle. As colorful and sharp as the others are, they would be greatly improved if you shot them at their level instead of looking down at them. Of course that generally involves wading or lying in bird poop. deal.gif

And getting arrested for being in the city park pond eek7.gifrolleyes1.gif

This is good info to know though, as I'm not a bird shooter!
I will take that into account if/when I actually go out to shoot birds. thumb.gif

I was really at the park, waiting for a charity race that I was there to shoot, to start. I had some time to kill, so I shot these.

Thanks for looking and the comments Joel thumb.gif

+ providing great entertainment for other members of the public that might be watching ... and answering queries from their kids re 'what's that man doing, daddy?' :)
(I find an angle finder very useful for low level stuff, btw - should you decide on more of similar subject matter )
