Simplify Cart

Is there a way to make a simplified view of the shopping cart the default view? i.e. don't show sizes that need cropping etc..

I've searched, and haven't been able to find the answer...

Maybe I'm approaching this wrong, but the feedback I've had so far is that there are too many choices, especially the "Needs cropping in checkout" sizes.

Do I need to customize the price list for each photo?

Any advice?
