Seeing video gallery at work

Is there something that would keep a video gallery from being viewable from someone's company? My spouse was trying to check on some stuff from work, over lunch :wink and can't view my gallery full of videos, even though everything is set to Public & etc. I just took off RCP temporarily to see if that helps, but I don't know yet if it will. What else may be an impediment, if he can see other galleries? Is there not file info that Smug can make public?

Sorry-- I'm an idiot. He can't really see SmugMug at all now at work. I misunderstood & thought it was just videos that were a problem. Some kind of text comes up in place of actual pages. But yeah, it's everything. So I guess there's no help for that. Drat. He used to be able to see Smug just fine.
